Justin Staebler

I have been in the insurance industry for 19 years, working with clients all over the US.  After leading a team of agents at a larger broker, I joined American Advantage in October of 2024 to launch my own agency. I am very passionate about educating consumers about insurance and the value it provides in protecting them and their most valuable assets. I enjoy learning about my clients’ stories so I can help them understand how we can best protect them from unplanned accidents and life events.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time watching and coaching my 4 kids in the many sports they’re involved in, along with working out and golfing. On winter weekends, you’ll usually find me in the gym watching basketball; in the spring, at basketball, track, and soccer events; and in the fall, cheering on rugby and football.  I love going to lunch on Fridays with my amazing wife Annie, whom I have married to for 19 years.
